Meet the owner: Chris
L/G Boxing began humbly in my own front yard. Where I trained anyone eager to learn the fundamentals of boxing. What started as small backyard sessions quickly grew into lively community events. As demand surged, L/G Boxing evolved into a full service gym with a central location inside the Orlando Fashion Square Mall.
Today, after merging with Florida Boxing Academy, we're proud to offer a team of seasoned trainers and professional fighters ready to help you sharpen your skills, build confidence, and take your boxing journey to the next level. We partnered up with Florida Boxing Academy and train as a team to bring athletes to the pro's!
