BEST BOXING GYM NEAR DOWNTOWN  ORLANDO, FLORIDA!

We are a new gym in the downtown Orlando area looking for serious contenders to train at our facility.  We promote and manage pro's currently and can take you to the next level!

We offer training for kids on an individual basis.  We will assess your child's skill as well as his/her desire to participate before we commit to training them.  

We do offer family packages that are for fun and fitness and are scheduled with a coach three times a week for an hour each time.  Ask the gym for more details.

Meet the owner: "Chris" 

L/G Boxing started in my own front yard training anyone that wanted to learn the fundamentals of boxing. It then lead to having backyard events.  The demand for training became  so strong that  L/G Boxing is now available for anyone at our centralized location in Orlando at the Fashion Square Mall.
